Once submitted, your personalized invitation letter will be sent directly to your inbox as a downloadable PDF from automation@app.smartsheet.com. Please allow up to one (1) hour for delivery. If you do not see the email in your inbox, we kindly recommend checking your spam or junk folder before submitting a duplicate request.
When presenting your invitation letter to the appropriate visa-issuing officials, we recommend including a copy of your conference registration receipt as supporting documentation.
Please Note: Submission of this form and receipt of an invitation letter does not guarantee that your visa application will be approved. Final visa determinations are made solely at the discretion of the relevant consular or immigration authorities. WPATH is not responsible for visa denials, delays, or related travel disruptions.
