Meet DJ Guapis

For ten years, Guapis has been a landmark of Mexico City’s festival and nightlife scene — and, following recent European and U.S. tours, an international reference point for trans representation and talent. She has shared line-ups with major mainstream artists as well as figures who’ve shaped contemporary music such as Rosalia, Madonna and also figures that have shaped contemporary music like Aphex Twin, Yves Tumor and horsegiirl. She made her live debut as a singer nearly two years ago with support from fellow artists and fans alike. Her most recent hybrid show was held at the official Pitchfork Music Festival afterparty for indie-pop icon Robyn. Don’t miss her set on the WPATH 2026 dance floor.

Guest passes are available for purchase for surgeons attending the Surgeons Pre-Conference who plan to bring a guest to the Surgeons’ Dinner, and for the Main Symposium attendees who would like to bring a guest to the Welcome Reception, and/or the Final Night Party.
