We are thrilled to host the following WPATH GEI Pre Courses at the Hyatt Regency Tamaya on September 26 and 27, 2025, prior to the USPATH 2025 Scientific Symposium. Attendees may register for one or more GEI Pre-Courses for an additional fee.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations for the USPATH 2025 Scientific Symposium must be submitted in writing by email to wpath@wpath.org.

WPATH will retain 15% of the registration fees paid if your registration is canceled prior to August 24, 2025, to cover administrative and processing fees. No refunds or registration changes will be issued after August 24, 2025. Cancellations will be accepted in writing only, via email to wpath@wpath.org.

Please note: we will NOT refund registrations made prior to membership approval. You must wait for membership approval to register at member pricing.
