USPATH is thrilled to announce that registration is now open for the USPATH 2025 Scientific Symposium, being held at The Hyatt Regency Tamaya in Santa Ana Pueblo, NM, September 26-30, 2025.
The USPATH 2025 Scientific Symposium will only be presented in an in-person format. Attending the symposium will give you the opportunity to see your colleagues, network, socialize, and learn from leading experts in the field of transgender health.

USPATH will offer a live-only Surgeon’s Course at the Hyatt Regency Tamaya on September 26 and 27, 2025, prior to the USPATH 2025 Scientific Symposium. This program will feature a variety of gender affirming surgery topics, and the full program is only available to Surgeons and Surgical Team Members.
We are pleased to open registration for ALL ATTENDEES to join our Surgeons and Surgical Team Members on Day 2 of the Surgeon’s Program.

Now Accepting Applications for 2025 Equity Scholarships to Attend the Scientific Symposium
We are pleased to announce that the USPATH Board will once again offer Equity Scholarships to support in-person attendance at the USPATH 2025 Scientific Symposium, as part of our ongoing commitment to promoting equity and representation in the field of transgender health.
About the USPATH 2025 Equity Scholarships
We will award 20 Equity Scholarships to eligible applicants attending the USPATH 2025 Scientific Symposium. Each award includes:
- Waived registration for the main conference (Value of $400 USD for Student Members, $725 USD for Full Members, and $900 USD for Non-members)
- Reimbursement of up to $1,000 USD to help offset travel, lodging, and per diem expenses (excluding meals provided at the conference). Receipts are required.
Scholarship Categories
- 5 scholarships for current Student Members who identify as belonging to a non-white race or ethnicity.
- 5 scholarships for current Student Members who identify as transgender or gender diverse.
- 5 scholarships for current Members who have lost access to research or travel funding.
- 5 scholarships for individuals working in support roles (e.g., clinic front desk staff, research assistants, patient navigators) who are not licensed professionals or members of the investigator team. Applicants in this last category do not need to be current USPATH members.
How to Apply
If you meet the eligibility criteria, please complete the application form linked below. Your information will be kept confidential unless you provide explicit permission for it to be shared.
- Application deadline: Tuesday, July 15, 2025, at 11:59 PM Eastern Time
- Award notifications: Recipients will be notified by the end of July
- Reimbursement timeline: Funds will be disbursed within 30 days after the conference, upon receipt of documentation
CME
All Scientific Sessions and GEI pre-courses are included in our continuing education applications for accreditation with ACCME, ANCC, ASWB, APA, and ABIM-MOC. We hope to offer credit amounts similar to our 2023 Scientific Symposium which was awarded 11.25 hours live (GEI pre-courses accredited separately). Please check back for determinations of credit worthiness.
